Theft of car and NCB query

Hey, I had my last car stolen, it has been settled now and it doesnt affect my NCB. Do I fill in 'previous claims - yes' when buying insurance online? When I do, it doubles the quote, but that is because it is assuming there is 0 ncb.

If it asks whether you have made a claim (which you have) then you must answer yes!
