Ok so just made a music Video, here are the details.

Have it in WMV and MP4

WMV:
3:29 mins, 69.0 MB
FPS-25 Frames/sec
Bit Rate-128kbps

MP4:
21.6mb

How can I upload it so that it plays of the Same Quality as it does on my computer.
Quality is important for it in order for the text to be readable in it.

Help appreciated

Edit:
I used Movie Maker, Saved as high DVD quality.. Any tips with the saving in movie maker..?

You saying when you upload there, it stays same quality as when it plays on my laptop?

I dont think theres any site which wont lower the quality of the video, there was Divx stage6 which allowed uploading of untouched Divx files and playback of them, but its been shut down, likely to being the cost of streaming higher definition content is a large ammount more bandwidth. I think Youtubes "High Quality" option is the best streaming quality you'll get, without hosting the file on your own website, you could also upload the untouched files on rapidshare, megaupload, megashares etc if it needs to be shared

If you upload a clip that has certain specs, Youtube will allow the viewer to choose 'high-quality' playback.

I think you need upload a vid that's 480x360 or greater. Use a high-quality codec if you can (H264).

Get a web host with decent bandwidth limits, then upload a file "index.html" or something with code like:
<embed src="video/file.wmv" width="xpx" height="xpx" />
,
This will show the windows media plugin on the page show the full quality video, and you can customise the width/height in px (This should be optional)

No, but way better than youtube, and at very good quality.
Also, the fullscreen is awesome

You could upload it to Viddler.com or Vimeo.com. Both sites are like youtube but their method of conversion make it kinda better.

Yeah, what happens when you upload it is the video is converted in to a flash player stream. You cant upload them in that form which is irritating as local processing would be faster and mean quicker uploads. In any case, this will result in some quality loss.

I upload in 640X480 MP4s at 4000Kbps, but thats not seen unless the view clicks watch in high quality. You can add an "Annotation" at the start to say please click high quality below so you can read the text. Just go into the video in youtube while logged in too add them.
