Your boyfriend being English should have nothing to do with it. Rugby fans are generally always good willed towards each other. :)

I would suggest heading down Baggot Street towards Ballsbridge maybe? A good few nice pubs along that route.

Great place near the stadium is the players lounge in fairview. It's right beside fairview church, big crowd before and after the match. About 40 flatscreens in there too so won't miss a minute.

The Green Room Bar is doing pints of Guinness for €4... not bad. They're on the docklands behind the O2 and they get a nice friendly crowd in.

Where? The only place I know beside Fairview Church is The Fairview Inn. My grandad used to drink there, but last time I saw it, it was derelict. Think the monk or someone took it over and ran it into the ground.

Find a pub in the city centre that is full of English and Irish folk there to watch the game. Doesn't matter where you watch as much as who you watch it with. Thats the beauty of international rugby union. Fans can mix without it becoming another Charleroi.
    Any pub will do.
