Open todays indo and could not believe the intrusive photo they had of david cameron and his wife.the picture showed them going into their house on the way back from the hospital after their son died.the grief and dispair on their faces was heart breaking and it had no place in a newspaper,it was also over the story of the childs death and it actually said that they were appealing for privacy at the sad loss.I rang them to complain and got put through to the news desk but I don't think that they cared.Who else could i make a complaint to or do I just not buy the paper from now on.

You can only complain to the Press Council / Press Ombudsman if you have been directly effected by the publication's or its staff's actions.

I can't think of any other avenues available to you but even if there are the most effective would be to stop buying the newspaper.
