A McDonald's worker has been charged after police caught him selling drugs at a drive-thru.

Undercover police swooped on American Donald Jerrel Brice after a tip-off that he was offering something extra at the fast food chain.
The operaton took place at a McDonald's drive-thru restaurant in Edgewater, Baltimore.

As part of the sting, officers say they ordered food and a quantity of marijuana from a cashier at the outlet.

Sergeant John Gilmore, of the Anne Arundel County Police Department, said: "I have never seen anything similar to this. It's definitely a weird situation."

Some customers at the restaurant said they were unsurprised by the incident, with others saying simply: "It's a sign of the times."
After the transaction, 27-year-old Brice was arrested and charged with drug dealing and possession.

That's the 'best places to work in Ireland'.

    A freakin' McJob.

This has been done in Ireland before. Used to be a pizza place that you could get your stuff delivered with.

    ****ing sweet.

Delivery drivers for pizza places and fast food joints are often dealers...

I wonder what the order would be...

"Uhm yes I'll have a Big Mac with Extra Lettuce please.."

Because who is going to go to a fast food chain to order extra servings of vegetables?

Yeah, on the side. Have you ever worked delivery pizzas man? You meet more stoned people that Jimi Hendrix. It's a good way to make extra money man.

With this place you rang up and made a very specific order, if you get me.

As pointed out this is hardly the first time somebody working in the fast food industry has been involved in dealing marijuana.

Makes perfect sense - get your munchies, coca-cola and weed all from the one source? Saves all that pesky walking down to the shop/chipper later on.

It does make perfect sense. This poor young entrepreneur was providing a much needed service in these trying times, he probably even improved the fast foods business.

The problem with that theory is that they aren't stoned when they order their weed.

If they could somehow reverse the process and have them stoned before they geting othe drive-thru then you may have something.

Stonners work assbackwards anyways so I don't think it's as big a problem as it seems.

Pre-emptively buying munchies before they get stoned? Thats pretty smart.
