I passed my theory test over 2 and a half years ago but have not applied for my learners permit yet.

Can I still get my learners permit with the theory test certificate?

Yep, it's valid for 2 years. You'll have to do it again.

When can I take my theory test?

In theory you can take the test at anytime, although your Pass Certificate is only valid for two years from the date of your test. If you have not submitted an application to a licencing authority within two years for a first learner permit and you will have to sit and pay for the test again.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

They brought out a third edition last year anyhow. Although I think the revisions were all in the C and D categories.
