Im male, with relatively straight, medium length hair with a slight wave on it. I wash my hair with head and shoulders winter rescue shampoo and conditioner but after a shower when i town try my hair parts of it go frizzy, espcially around the crown, is this down to my shampoo and conditioner? When i get my hair cut and they wash it , it always comes out perfect when they dry it! Time to invest in some saloon quality products??

Aussie Frizz Miracle shampoo and conditioner.
My brothers have similar hair, prone to frizz in damp and this calms it down.

Ive noticed that with head and shoulders as well - makes my hair frizzy. Change your shampoo and conditioner and just blot your hair dry - dont ruffle it with the towel - itll make it frizzier

Always had this problems, tried lots of different shampoos etc but then I got a GHD spray for dry hair, you towel dry your hair a tiny bit so its still wet spray it a few times, rub it in and its grand once it dries. You can get it at the link below but I think Peter Marks do it too
