Hi,getting carpet fitted by des kellys next week,anyone know whether they take up the old carpet and get rid of it or do I have to do it?

I don't know whether they'll take the old one away (phone and ask?), but they definitely won't take it up for you. You're supposed to have it taken up and the room cleared of furniture before they get there.
