Keeping the weight off

I have lost 5 stone since august 2007, mainly through healthy eating and reliously going to the gym about 3/4 times a week and the remainder of the week i would go off walking for about 40mins-1hour.

Before the xmas i developed a rash and exercise seemed to have made it worse. So i fcked it in until it cleared. So the rash cleared, and it came back again. So im trying to find out what it is but since i gave it up, i lost the motivation (not good). I would have prefered to go out walking than doing hard work at the gym and making the rash worse but i found it far to cold (im really feeling the cold since i lost the weight).

Anyway since xmas i put on an extra half stone and i feel rather crap about it. All my hard work! All it took was this rash to lose my motivation and to start comfort eating a bit (i felt crap for not exercising either).

So im trying to get back into it this week, since it isn't cold half as much as it was. I cant afford a gym anymore. My money is going towards saving to see a dermatologist, and possibly getting allergy testing done.

But my question is, how many times a week would i have to exercise and for how long to keep the weight off and possibly lose the bit of weight i gained.

Im 5ft 5 and currently weigh 10 stone and my typical diet would be:

9am: porridge with linwoods mixed seeds (sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds)
11am:low fat yoghurt with some fruit
12.30:more fruit: and ryvita crackers with tuna
3.30: soup or a salad; and a sandwhich with turkey
    7.30: small can of salmon

i work evenings, so i never eat dinners

    thanks
