    Hi folks,

I got kicked in the ribs last week at training (Friday) - didn't hurt at the time and its mostly fine. Its a little sore going to bed and when I wake up after a nights sleep it can be very stiff. I could just take some neurofen for its anti-inflamatory properties but I wonder if anyone has better advice?

    Cheers in advance.

For medical advice you have to ask a doctor.

But when i bruised my ribs I was told there was nothing I could do except rest until they weren't bruised anymore (anything from a few weeks to a few months).

Unfortunately rest is the only thing that will work. Took me 6 weeks before I could do a full yawn after an over exuberant 'Knee on belly' went slightly wrong:rolleyes:
