    Righto as can be seen in my logs i've been arsing around with weights for a while now, i've dipped my toe in some programs, read up on others and bastardized them, had a terrible diet, drank too much and have gone from being incredibly motivated to doing less than nothing and back around again a few times.

    My Logs are more of an general idea of what im doing as i havn't always updated regularily and sometimes just couldn't be bothered logging exactly what i've done!

    I had a pretty horrendus injury last year followed by a scary squat fail which led to my squats going out the window, i just wasn't up for them psychologically, started OH squating a good bit tho before christmas and was just getting back into the swing of things when i contracted some stupid virus, which sucked!

    Basically if its not too much trouble i would appreciate some advice on what to do next!

    EDIT: any dont have any goals per say (doubt ill risk going back to rugby) i just like lifting heavy ****!

    i would appreciate some advice on what to do next!

    Based upon the horror stories above the first thing I'd do would be book into therapy :P

    From a purely selfish perspective I'd love to see someone's log doing Stephen Korte's 3x3. I picked Wendler 5/3/1 over it back in January but I hear great things. It's a 3 day a week program too so it might help your motivation issue.
