Toshiba LCD tv trouble

Having a bit of trouble with my tv just wondering if anyone here can advise .

Its a Toshiba 32inch LCD tv its about 1 year and 2 months old, but for the last while when i turn on the tv there's no picture whatsoever there is sound but just a black screen .
Then if i turn the tv off and on 3 or 4 times the picture comes back .
Doesn't happen all the time but most of the time and its out of warranty now.

anyone seen this before or know if its fixable?
