I am considering geting a machine that can print address labels to stick on envelopes to save time

what kind of machine do i need and how much do the labels cost?

does it need special software or can it print from the paypal page?

we send between 10-50 items out per day and writing the addresses on the envelopes is getting to be a pain in the a$$

you can do it thru MS Word - Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels. You can print on to A4 paper with a regular printer, just get A4 sized sticky paper and away you go

Windowed envelopes might be another possibility, if you have to print a packing note anyway.

The little dymo printers will do the job, you can use any program to print to them but the software they give is probably the handiest.

It might be feasible to print the envelope directly.
