Declan Broderick, protege of Paddy Clint of Chupasart, will be starting Muay Thai classes in CrossFit Ireland/Spartan MMA on Tuesday, March 2nd, at 8pm.

Declan is an extremely talented, technical fighter, and coming from Paddy's stable he'll definitely know how to train fighters looking to hone their stand up ability, as well as raw beginners looking for a new challenge to take up.

Call Declan on 087-7743804 or me on 086-8151092 to book your place.

    lads

just a heads up on the deco thing

starting tonight in colms place. €8 a class pay as you go style, would suit people cross training in MA, people starting off in a martial art, would also suit fat people and skinny people alike

Decos a super trainer very dedicated to the art and keeping it pure and keeping to the traditions. the first load of classes will be pad work only combos and then some drills for the feet. Deco a real technical trainer so there will be plenty of moving about and hitting sweet. (If you wanna learn to stand flat footed and punch over the top of your belly go train with khannie and his gang... bait taken and returned :))

best of luck to deco and thanks again to colm, nice to see Tallaght having its own thai place now.

Just to fill people in on how this went last night.

A very promising start for Muay Thai in Tallaght, which had 18 down for the first night, including complete beginners, MMA guys, CrossFitters and a couple of experienced Thai fighters.

I've heard rumour already that a Thursday class will be starting soon.

    Nice work Declan.
