As the ceasefire between the Federation and the Amirikas remains in place talks continue between both sides concerning the POW's captured during operation hell's gate............................................

Marine biologist Gatis Chewkas was in court today for an arraignment hearing, Chewkas is charged with treason and if found guilty could face the death penalty, when asked in court how he pleaded he replied not guilty. There were angry scenes outside the courthouse as Chewkas was taken in to custody crowds screamed how could u and fired rotten fruit at the once respected scientist...................................

President Lava today opened the new research facility in the western territories the facility primary function will be to study was of making longer lasting food sources for poorer nations, the president had this to say " I believe in a brighter future for all, and the federation will lead the way in helping our less fortunate neighbours" when asked about the pow situation & in particular Gerrad Rodrigues the President had this to say " my ministers are working around the clock to bring this situation to a peaceful conclusion"..............................................................................................

On a lighter Note: Pon Pon the Female panda bought by the Federation for their main attraction at their wildlife park is due to give birth soon as all previous attempts to birth young have failed the President has ordered that the wildlife park be quarantined & a no – fly zone be put in place over the area to provided a peaceful environment for the expecting mother.

Military police have confirmed that at 08.00hrs today two reporters were arrested attempting to scale the fence surrounding the Wildlife sanctuary, this incident comes after Animals rights groups yesterday called for access to the sanctuary to investigate claims that the animals are no longer kept there, we spoke with Sarah Holden spokesperson for Animal Aid "Animal Aid have requested we be allowed in to the sanctuary to investigate claims that the animals are no longer there, local witnesses have reported seeing large green trucks enter the sanctuary under the cover of darkness, and the usual sounds of animals in their natural habitat can not be heard now from the perimeter fence set up by Marines"

Sanctuary Management said today "Access to the park has been denied by order of the President, we are doing all we can to make sure the Panda cub is born and is safe & well before anyone will be let back in the park"

M.P's have not said how long they will hold the reporters or if they will be charged with any offence.

It has always been our goal to have a hi-cap free site and im pleased to say a lot of our regulars are starting to make the change so we have decided to give it a little nudge in the right direction.

For the foreseeable future the ammo limits for our milsim games will be; you can carry as many midcaps as u like (it is war after all) but if you use hi-caps u can only carry 2 if you run out the you must haul ass back to the car park to reload

Soon the dreaded rattle will be no more

I'd say you'd get away with a full embargo Stone - after all the milsim game at HRTA on the bank holiday monday was 'midcap only' and fellas went out of their way to gear up for it. Personally I reckon the mid cap rattle is the work of the devil.

good to hear it lads, this is just letting our regulars know in advance what is coming, we have a good few games lined up and i would want one of our regulars feeling he couldnt attend because of what ever reason he couldnt get mid-caps

Yep I agree midcaps make for a more measured approach to the game,and at least when Im blundering through the undergrowth the only sound will my super light footsteps:D(dont think so):) Good idea though..

Set a cutoff date, like no hicaps after 1st June. Have a hicap amnesty for a few weeks before :-)

Highcap amnesty - I like that - makes it sound like the cardinal sin to airsoft that it is to romp around with that peculiar high cap rattling noise going on.

After receiving messages from members and our regulars, we have decided to set a date on the Hi-cap issue.

From the 4th of July hi-cap magazines will no longer be permitted at Shadowlands.

Pfew, CA M14 Mid cap mags are only starting to come available, and still expensive... July will give the cloners plenty of time to get the finger out...

Statement From Darkwater vice president John Rambo

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen ,Well a lot has happened since i have spoken to you all last, unfortunately Darkwater troops have been unable to locate Darkwater CEO John McClain, it is at this point we have to fear the worst!! They did however locate ANN's Todd Banister who has been missing since the end of the invasion, he claims he was being hunted by Federal Marines killing his camera man and his producer , he is lucky to be alive, he has been sent back to Amricka safe and well and he promises to have a report for ANN as soon as possable
The Federation claims to have John locked up in one of there maximum security prisons, all efforts to have this confirmed have failed as Federation officials refuse to let Amricka or Darkwater officials to see him.
i have ordered that Darkwater negotiators go to The DMZ to meet Federation negotiators to secure John's release, but let us be clear that a military solution has not been ruled out at this time!!!!!!

Darkwater's HQ in Amrika is now operational again and all information and questions regarding Amricka should be set there from now on , Darkwater's worldwide HQ will not process any information or questions intended for Amricka
I have also at the request of the Amricka State Department enforced the Garrison in Amricka, and the border with the federation remains sealed and off limits,
Villages that where caught up in the fighting have been opened back up and refugees are now authorised to enter if they choose to do so, water and power have been restored to these villages and Darkwater engineers are workin around the clock to improve conditions at these villages
