If it was possible and painless I would get a drip and attach it to my tummy so it was always full of lovely yummy Dahl from Govindas. But seeing as this is highly unlikely I wondered does anyone know how they make it? Ive seen some posts about there cookery courses so maybe someone out there has done this and can spread the love a little? Rachel Allen has a recipe for baked Dahl, which for some reason doesnt appeal to me at all.

    Thanks in advance!

There are so many different types there would be no point in giving you specific links. Any veggie cook book usually has at least one recipie, there are also loads online just use a search engine and there you go. Oodles of choice.

have you tried asking them next time your in and they're not too busy, i'm sure if you just asked someone to pass on your number saying you'd love the recipe, or beg on hands and knees.
