Weight loss advise

    Hi

    can anyone advise on best way to lose weight and burn fat? I am relatively healthy, I workout 4 times a week but for some bizarre reason I seem to have gained 3 kg in last 2 weeks!! I am not sure why, I have had a few choc biscuits, 1 night drinking and 1 takeaway but I would not expect this to happen.

    I am been working silly hours recently and for the last couple of weeks my dinner has been a bowl of fruit n fibre!! Could this cause the issue? Any ideas?

    Food diary last few weeks:

    Breakfast - 1 bowl cereal

    Mid-Morn - apple

    Lunch - brown bread ham salad sandwidch

    Afternoon - apple

    Dinner - bowl cereal

    (Takeway sat night and few glasses of wine)

    1 choclate biscuit most evenings

    Drinks - green tea

    Normal food diary

    Breakfast - 1 bowl cereal

    Mid-Morn - apple

    Lunch - brown bread ham salad sandwidch

    Afternoon - apple

    Dinner - fish, potatoes and veg

    Snack - fruit

    Drinks - green tea

    I workout 4 times a week. I do about 35 minutes of cardio (running at different speeds and hill levels on treadmill) and some weight (jump squats, bicep curls, triceps, lunges and ab work)
