OK Ive decided to trade in my 360. Whats the best place to do so? in terms of price etc.
Also , Ive ha done work done to the xbox, by MS, as the disk drive died about a year ago. Will the fact that the Warranty stickers are gone change anything?

Was talking to a mate who used to work in Game and he said i may have a problem. Any Ideas? Cheers!

Well if the work was done by ms... they would have replaced the warrenty sticker.. you can buy warrenty stickers off the net anyway.. there about 12 quid or so..

I agree, adverts would generally be the best place to sell consoles and the like. You can get a shedload more for it than as a trade-in.

i know adverts would be the best place to go, but i'm asking for information reguarding trade ins etc. How they check them and all.

Traded in my Xbox360 Premium with 20GB HDD there at the weekend. Got €100 store credit for it. No games or nothing traded with it just the console itself. You'll get more selling it yourself of course.

traded in my "Working" (yes, thats it) 360 and a pretty broken wired controller for €90 store credit... so i'm happy.

I wouldn't trade in a console at any of the computer game shops...the prices they give are terrible. Best thing to do is put it on adverts.ie or gumtree.

Also, you should make up ads for it and stick them up around college etc.
