if you right clicking on the picture and clicking sent to -> email then this will use outlook.

but if you want to use yahoo you will need to attach the image to the email in your web browser. you should have a icon somewhere on the yahoo page to attach the image.

to attach an image to boards click the "manage attachments" button which is in the additional options area under the submit reply button.

    Well...

Firstly log onto your Yahoo account. Compose a new e-mail then click attachments. Browse to where ever your pictures are stored and choose which ones you want to send with the e-mail

Pictures taken with a digital camera may be very large (depending on quality settings), so you may want to resize them and compress them.

Try Microsofts free Image Resizer (assuming your using XP)

Install that, then right click on any picture and choose "Resize Pictures". Explained in full here

As for posting them on boards, try http://imageshack.us/

Click browse to browse for the image on your computer, select it then click on "host it".

You can make imageshack resize the image but I'd suggest you resize them yourself as it will save time and bandwidth. Imageshack will create a clickable thumbnail and give you the code for forums which you just copy from thier site and paste into here.
