I'm thinking of getting a bike for the summer. I have a full B license which once would have permitted me drive a bike also. Do I need to do a theory test, get a L Permit etc and then take a test before I can get out on a bike? I have tried to figure it out from the RSA etc, but am not getting clear information. Somebody…

That is the case on licenses issued before October 2007, if it was issued after this, you will have to apply for a learner permit in category A.
