Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Discuss the nights proceedings as they happen. Whether you agree or disagree with the winners.

Is the actual awards on at all or is it just the walking down the carpet that we can get?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,492 ✭✭✭MementoMori

amy adams is a tool, although she nicely played one of the questions from Seacrest when he asked her what she thought of all the young girls who idolised her for one of her roles and she asked "Was it cruel intentions 2?"

SJP and Matthew Broderick looked like they were about to have a fight about who picked out his tux .

The frostiness continues with Fearne Cotton - Matthew does not look impressed - you could almost see him supressing a snigger when SJP said the night was not about her and when Fearne mentioned that Miley Cyrus was wearing a similar dress and looked very good, SJP's goes "well she's a young girl" :p

I like the Sky 1 interviewer on the carpet. She is just not taking the whole thing too serious and she is dead right.

    She's funny to boot!

You could make a case for much any film ahead of The Reader, but the best animated film award was brought in to keep animated films out of the best picture category

I think I love Anne Hathaway

I know but the best animated film category is a bit pointless, three movies and it's pretty obvious which one is going to win. Throw Wall-E into the Best Picture category and things would get a bit more interesting.
