Cervical erosions

I've seen really helpful threads here before about things like thrush and cystitis, so I hope there isn't any problem with this thread!

Basically, I'm just wondering if many women here have had a cervical erosion before, and if it cleared itself up or did you have to get treatment for it? If it cleared itself up, how long did it take roughly? And if you had it treated, how was it? Apparently they're really really common, especially when you're on the pill, but I seem to be the first of my friends to have one! I'm just looking for stories of other people who've had one before :).

I have this too and like you seem to be the only one among my friends. My doc says coming off the pill may clear it up but I don't want to do that at this point as it doesn't cause me much discomfort apart from some bedroom activities... :P
I think I would go for cauterisation if I was going to have it treated.
