Converting video to mp3

    Hi,

    Just wondering is it possible to convert mp4 video files into mp3 audio files and if so, how would i go about doing this?

    I basically have a video i downloaded and want to convert it into an audio file to play as a song on my ipod.

    Any help would be much appreciated!
