    Hi,

I'm just back from this 5 miler and was wondering if there was any other boardsies there??

It was another great run organised by west waterford ac.

It was a perfect day for a run and a good turnout. I enjoyed the course
and got around it in 37:22 or there abouts so am happy with that.

So at least there was one member from Boards ac running anyway :D

Long time lurker first time poster
Just to echo what blind hurler said great event and well organised.
Definitely an event to keep in mind for next year if you are looking for a pb. Downhill start and finish to give an overall downhill course.
Took a minute and a half off my pb from raheny 5 with a 31min35sec.
Thats the 3rd event i ran organised by west waterford ac and i cant fault them at all.

yeah west waterford organise a great race
myself and Sosa did the kilmac 5 today , great race ,great weather and some of the nicest sandwiches you could ask for.
i had to leave the post race refreshments in the end as even after my 4th slice of coffee cake it was calling me back for "just one more slice"

loads of great races on in this neck of the woods over the next few months
i can guarantee a great day out
unfortunately i cant guarantee coffee cake

the dungarvan 10k is next up ,next sunday at 11:00

Great day out...you can't ask for more.
    Entry fee,Mile markers,sandwiches,coffee cake....
You will never be dissapointed with west waterford ac

I never made it in for the sandwiches and if I'd known there was cake I would have run faster to get some :D

Yeah I've been very impressed with the West Waterford ac organization
of races and am looking forward to the 10k in Dungarvan which all forms
a nice basis for Ballycotton the following week.

I'm really starting to enjoy this running as I'm new to it..
I think the famous bug has bitten me;)

when you consider the mess made at the Cupid Dash 10K
this just proves the point of how well run this race was.
