Maybe dodgy flue liner installation

I just had a flue liner installed in an old cottage, although I do most DIY myself I decided to pay to have this done. When I checked the work looking up chimney I see that the bend does not appear correct, looks like maybe a straight piece was used at an angle as part of the flue is slightly blocked. Also as the fireplace had to be cut out a standard lintel was used which the flue liner (terracotta) is sitting on so cannot attach the stove flue to it. Anynoe think this is dodgy and who can I get to check it out for me. I'm thinking carbon monoxide etc..

There are chimney specialists in the golden pages if that's any help.
