    Hi all,

Having been engaged for nearly two years, we've finally decided to get our butts in gear and we're hoping to get married this September! Meaning there's a bit of work to be done, but nothing insurmountable, particularly as we're not interested in having a traditional hotel reception.

We have a reception venue tentatively lined up and we're now looking for catering recommendations. We basically want to host an informal party for all our friends and family and we're not interested in the traditional seated meal- we're planning a Champagne and canape welcome reception followed by a massive rustic-style buffet of roast turkey crown, baked ham, roast beef, whole salmon, salads, bread rolls, a hot dish, dessert selection... that sort of thing. For about 80 people or so and we won't require bar services or anything like that as its included with the venue.

Can anyone recommend a company in the Wicklow/South Dublin area? Someone they have first-hand experience of? We're also looking for someone who does "wedding cupcakes" and will supply the cake display along with a small top tier cake for the cutting.

Thanks and hope to hear something!

    T.
