Just a quick one on shoulder pressing.

Seated against standing - now much better are the latter.

I only ask this as I can only do standing ones in the summer when I can fling the doors of the garage open and go outside, otherwise theres discs doing a few nice little dents in the ceiling.

And if i am seated, i tend to just pull up a flat bench to try and give myself as little support as possible rather than sitting into a chair position, correct or not?

    Cheers
