How do you skip the intro?

Anyone know how you skip the intro? No key does anything. I know you can put -nomovies as a startup launch option, but does that stop all movies, such as any mid-level movies or end movies, from playing?

If it's your first time playing, you just can't. Lucky it's such an awesome intro. After that, just hit escape to skip it. Assuming you're talking about Dawn of War, and not DOWII.

No, sorry it's DOW 2. Hmmm, I'm on my 3rd time restarting and it won't let me skip. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

You only have to watch it the first time, but if the game crashes or quits abnormally it won't register that fact. Start the game, watch the intro, then quit immediately at the menu. It should behave after that.

Try removing the intro movies from the file directory, it should just skip the movies and go to the loading screen. This worked the Battlefield games, not sure about this though. It's worth a shot anyways.
