    hey everyone!

I went to the gym for first time last week and want to start going regularly now. I'm a gym noob, so am wondering when I should avoid it so I won't be waiting for hours for machines, etc?

I like it very early in the morning or late in the evening...

Certainly avoid lunch time and 5-7

Does anyone know when the swimming pool is busiest? I've been swimming for the last few weeks and I hate when it's really crowded (incidentally, I'm usually in the casual swim area)

    Pool times are here http://www.tcd.ie/Sport/2008.pdf/pooljan09.pdf

I always avoid the pool when only 3 lanes are open, if you go when there are no club/clases scheduled its better as all 6 lanes are avalable
