Best publications/magazines for new writing??

Anyone know of good publications for submitting stories and poems to? Used to be the stinging fly (which i know is still going and accepting submissions) there was also Metre and Cyphers but any one know of suitable places to submit either stories or poems these days??? check out poetry Ireland they have a weekly email with lists of magazines looking for submissions,
