    does anyone know how long it will take to recieve the card needed to recieve JA from the post office.my sister lost hers today the fella in the social welfare office said he would order a new one for her.she forgot to ask how long it would take or can she get withdraw the payment while she is waiting .

    in my local post office you can collect the money without a card by quoting your pps no and have id (passport or driving licence only)
