My boyfriend was out of work and in hospital for 6 weeks. He applied for injury benefit. He got all the certs and everything and received a letter beginning of December of what he was entitled to.

He says that he has received nothing! He says he has been in and out to them and all they can say is that there has been a delay. He said at one stage when he went in they told him it had been paid into his account. He said it didnt and showed them a bank statement. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

Can this be right/possible? It is very rare they feck up (as far as I can see).
