    Hi all, room to let near City Link bus station 15 min walk from college. It's a nice size single room downstairs, nice normal housemates that are in college and working looking for another nice normal housemate to join us. €80 per week, oil, broadband, dryer, NTL, parking etc... Available mid March 09.

    Know of anyone??:confused: Would really appreciate it if ye could spread the word... can't afford to keep a vacant room with the recession and all that!!!

    I'm not sure if we can, I have signed the lease for the year and the landlord says it's up to us to fill the rooms if housemates leave etc... must actually check it out. Thanks!:D
