Should have plenty of change out of 200 quid if you are staring from scratch. Mesh 50 quid & 6 foot fencing poles 3-4 euro. Would not waste money buying dear wood as its only going to rot anyway. Few scaffold poles are handy if you can get them... You will need galvanize or something around the base though.

For breeding purposes yes but to release no!
All pen raised birds that are released sleep on the ground! Key to releasing birds is get them roosting! Only way I know how is to hatch them under bantam hens who will bring them up at night! Have a pen with birds I bought who were wild caught & they have plenty of good roosting spots in the pen but they all sleep on the ground! They were wild caught but hatched & reared under a lamp!

    Good looking pen EPointer.

    Hoops are PVC pipe?

    Hoops are PVC pipe?

Spot on, they are PVC pipes bent in an arch. I have cut scaffold bars into 3 foot lenghts & hammered them 2 feet into the ground. The pipes then slot over them & are bolted through. The main frame has little wood so should be longer lasting. Would of used all PVC but ran out of pipes & was trying to keep the costs down. The frame was originally a Poly Tunnel that never quite worked as crows kept tearing the plastic so I stripped it meshed it out. As goog as anything.
Outside fence is great for keeping the dogs away from it so I can still give them a run around the back without too much concern!
