Early Morning Gym in Dubiln City?

    Im looking for a gym that opens from like 6am in the city centre that I can go to before work (i start at 730)
    I work on the southside, Dublin 8, so prefer somewhere near there if possible.
    It doesnt need a pool..only want the gym part and little money

    Check this site out, will list the gyms in D8 and tell you the opening hours etc

    The only one I can think of is The Fitness Dock...they're open 24 hours Monday to Thursday. I start work at 8 and would have a similar problem to you for finding a gym close enough to home/work to go before work.

    Not anymore. Probably wasn't getting used enough during the unsocial hours to justify opening 24hrs. Back to normal opening times now.

    I'd recommend the Fitness Dock though. Opens at 6 and meets your requirements.

    what about carlisle fitness in Crumlin? anyone any info on them? I hear the price is good but cant find out about opening hours etc
