    Hi all

I was just curious as to the procedure to put in an offer for a house that is not up for sale. Say the offer was nearly double the worth of the house, and added bonuses for selling we're going to be offered.

    Thanks

I would suggest you think about how you make your offer convincing. Things like having another alternative home lined up for them if they want to go ahead, and agreeing to pay their valuers fees and solicitor's fees (up to a limit) might turn out to be as important as the obvious issue of price.
