if your lookin for a long term solution, you should take some vitamins from Holland and Barret, they have some specifically for hair.

If you just want a little bit of volume temporary, go in to a supermarket and just pick any volumising shampoo. for €3/4 its trial and error.

tbh, even if someone on here recommends a specific shampoo, it might not work for you as everyone is different!

If your hair is very thin your best off going to the chemist and there are vitamins you can take to help thicken your hair. Some shampoos claim to thicken your hair i dont believe that think they just add volume, try vitamins.

I love 'Big' Shampoo by lush! Really worth trying for how soft and bouncy your hair feels!
