Used to work right over there, don't remember motokov cars though.... but look good have to say... like anywhere, as long the paperwork check out, service histories, cartell, and a mechanic check you should be fine...

Ah, now i know, just checked the website.

As Robtri said, check the car over well, do your finance checks, and if possible bring a mechanic with you to check it out.

I don't think so, they are just in the old Motokov yard and hence took the name. Original company did import tractors.

They seem to be very closely tied to one of the used car wholesalers - a lot of overlap on the stock. Not sure if it's a retail wing of the same firm, or just that they have access to his stock. I've dealt with the wholesaler a few times without any problems (cars were spot-on). If he is behind the retail firm then I'd be surprised if there were any problems.

Also explains the keen prices.

So has anyone gone around to these motokov guys? I need to buy something this week. Trading in an 2003 A4 diesel saloon. (need more space). I assume they offer a one year warranty...might push them for two years.

You'll be lucky to get even a one year warranty. More than likely you will get a 3 month engine and gearbox warranty?

I know that one of the guys involved in set-up of Motokov used to work in VW/Audi end of MSL Grange Motors.
