I was in Seattle for a while last year - really cool city, and I have to say cycling seemed really popular ( well road cycling anyway from what I could see ) - the buses also have bike racks on the front of them to allow people cycle at least part of their commute.

Imagine Dublin Bus coming up with something similar !
