Waltons experience

Was going to post this on the other waltons thread but it was locked. They must be having a bad time because here's what happened to me today when I went in:

Went into music maker and walton's at lunch time pricing usb/midi keyboards.

Went into music maker, they couldn't have been more helpful.
The woman was explaining all the different options and addons and
software available. And I have to say I've always found them incredibly helpful in there.

Went to waltons. They were really rude and unhelpful. I went in had a quick look at the keyboards, went
    over the counter

“Excuse, I just wanted to ask about the keyboards?”

    “They're over there”

“Um, Ok, I was just wondering what sort of price range they
    were”

(Sighs, has a look on her computer)”They start off at 75€”

    “OK, I was just wondering….”

    “WHAT?!”

“Um, sorry, I was just wondering if the cheaper ones come with any
    software”

    “Tch, I don't know”

I got back to the office, wrote them an email telling them what had happened and to thank them for helping me to choose thomann. With the way things are at the moment, they're not really in a position to be that offhand with people. I think what's most annoying is I was thinking "I'll try and support local business instead of using thomann." I'm never shopping in there again.
