Hi all, I did a search before posting this but didn't find anything relevent so i hope someone can help me!!

I uploaded music from my friends itunes to my own ipod but this music doesn't show up on my own itunes library unless i plug in my ipod. Now im trying to put some of this music onto another ipod but it won't let me transfer it!! Am i just not able to do this because it didn't originally come from my itunes or is there a way around it??

    Thanks in advance!

    Maybe this'll help.

    Download this badboy; iPodDisk.

Open it up, plug in your iPod full of your music. You can then see all the music on your iPod organized into folders with the Artists names. Drag and Drop all the folders on your Computer.

Is this the solution to your problem?

    :)

If you've an 80GB I-Pod or enough free space on the one you have you could enable disc use and back all the music up on to the -pod. Then when you plug your i-pod into the new computer it's the equivalent of an external hard-drive and you can copy everything on to the new computer and do what you want with it from there.

Bit cumbersome and there's probably an easier way but it does work
