Cysts Turn Into Cancer

This has been knocking around in my head in different drafts for a little while. perhaps it should have stayed there. I have just typed a rough draft out for the first time. it is not intended to be a bitter thing. I am not really certain where is going but I would like to know if you think it is worth working on.

    When love turns into rancour,
    An old friend may succeed,
    To your former rank,
    In the enemy camp,
    There softly scandals breathe,
    How you were ever,
    A cunnt,
    And never,
    Worthy of his squeeze,
    Unable,
    In any way,
    To satisfy her needs.
    This then Repeated ,
    To high hilarity,
    In the pub,
No man counting his own soul,
    Moral arithmetic,
    That complicated sum,
    Whereby,
    Venality is deducted,
    Vices written off,
    Against goodness,
    got on credit,
    From unregulated lenders,
You Dirty fucckng Piece of Shiit,
You're supposed to be my friend.

When your cysts turn into Cancer,
Your gums and arse will bleed,
    Malignant cells will multiply,
    Spreading the disease,
    To unaffected organs,
    Then dilaud will not ease,
    Or diamorphine soothe the pain.
