Midi foot controller.

Can a midi foot controller control 2 devices? The 6100 Marshall I picked up has midi swicthable channels and I have the TC G-Major. If I got a foot controller like the Behringer or Rocktron or similar, would this be able to control both devices?

What suggestions do you have for a decent (middle range) midi controller?

Yeah, you can go into the G-major, and then run another cable from the midi 'out' to the Marshall.

The Behringer is a great pedal, and great value. Although I got rid of mine because it was the size of a small runway :pac:

The GCX Ground Control is a good mid-level pedal, costs a couple of hundred more than the Behringer, but very upmarket and sturdy.

I use a RJM Mastermind, I wanted something fairly small and it does the job nicely.

Yeah I did notice that it was rather large. I don't really have a requirement for the expression pedals!

I got the Voodoo Lab Ground Control Pro recently and it is second only to the Rocktron All Access which retails for a grand on Thomann.

You can assign a button on the Voodoo Lab midi for each block effect and have 4 buttons on the bottom to change banks.

But the cheap one will do. Also the Roland FC-200 second hand on ebay is also your man. I think that is the best value for you, if you see one on ebay.
