some friends of mine fed a dog that had been hanging around our street for a few days. She looked underfed and as though he'd been mistreated. She's improved a bit since then and is now a temporary resident in their shed. They contacted an animal shelter (not sure where) but they can't collect her for a week.
Would really love if someone was willing to give her a good home and some badly needed tlc. Would really hate for such a lovely dog end up getting a fast ticket to doggy heaven.
Please pm me if you know anyone interested in adopting this lovely dog.
She's a brown greyhound. She looks to be about a year old. She may even have been stolen from her owner as she is wearing a collar but there are no details on it.

You might try posting in Animals and Pets Issues: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=240

I think there might be a thread for lost and found animals. Also you could ask the mods of the NUIM forum if they don't mind you posting there.

After Hours isn't really the right place.
