So, an article of sorts came out sometime around the New Year and compiling the characteristics of top researchers (either NIH-funded scientists or Nobelists, or something). It had some things like they drink virtually no alcohol and sleep <7 h a night. And, of course, they tend to be getting older compared with times…

Does anyone have the citation? I never saved it, and I'd be curious to read it in greater depth.

I wouldn't mind having a read of that either although I've a feeling it will turn out to be rather disheartening! I sleep less than 7 hours per night but not because I'm up researching.
