Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any very low cal lunch ideas? I am looking for somthing that I can pick up easily to keep me going... the less preparation the better! thanks

cup-a-soups are really low cal, and very tasty! have with some fruit, fat-free yogurt and if your stll hungry a pack of popcorn. That's all really quick, and fills ya up
