We're going to Dublin Airport on Saturday and returning the following week. I logged on to e-flow.ie today, thinking that I could easily pre-pay for my 2 journeys.. Not so! I then proceeded to open a "video account", which they say is ideal for non-frequent users such as me. Everytime I try to create the account, it kicks me out saying "error", please contact customerservice@eflow.ie! I also tried to phone them on the 1890 number, but could not find an option where I could open an account, nor could I get through to an actual "person" to explain my plight. What a joke! I've wasted about 2 hours today trying to sort his out.. Any suggestions? I guess my only choice is to try to get onto one of those paid PCs at the airport and pay then.. The system is not user-friendly at all and I feel sorry for elderly people and tourists who obviously find themselves unsure of what to do, especially if they don't use the internet.

I couldn't get the website to register me, but they did it over the phone without serious hassle.

The whole "service" seems to be a joke to be honest!

My da sold his car there and was getting loads of seriously worded letters from them about toll charges.
