    Hey,
Fished a competition at a local club early last year and I was taking trout during the rise easily on a size 16 Adams but lost it in a trout mid rise:eek:. I then threw up another , identical, but they would'nt touch it , obviously I never got to fully study the first one so its make up is lost forever(to me anyway) Has anyone ever run into this ,not only on this fly but others. ?
