Could've posted this in bargain alerts but thought the fitness nerds deserved the scoop-half dozen medium free range eggs in Super Valu are €1 atm. Not sure for how long or what they are like, but I picked up a dozen today and will let you know tomorrow what they taste like scrambled.

I buy 18 eggs for 1.99 in FX buckley. hard to beat that, 11cent an egg! they are a bit small but it's not much effort to crack a few more into the pot :D
