    Hey all, im looking to get a sety of alloy wheels for my Astra (04). which is better - 15" or 16" ? Thanks in advance

    17?

    All the depends. Generally speaking, the bigger the wheels=the smaller the tyre =less comfort. I said generally speaking for any of those who feel like sparking off an arguement with me lol.

    Personally i don't think you would have any bother or comfort problems with 16".

    iirc though 16" tyres are expensive and im some cases more expensive than 17 as the main alloy sizes are 15and 17 (leaving out the bigger sizes of course) might be worthwhile to keep that in mind too

    Utter tosh. The majority of mid sized cars come with 16 inch wheels as standard these days.

    My buddy has 16 inch wheels on his astra sxi diesel. Its still comfortable. They'd be a good choice. I have 17's on my car and you spend half your time avoiding pot holes so you dont do any damage to the wheels

    I had 16" 5 spoke wheels on my astra and they looked well.

    Thanks guys, think I'll go with 16's so... the will look better than 15 and still not too big. next question is where is a good place to buy!?
